Cisco Phone Systems are capable of collecting a great deal of call accounting data (such as information inbound and outbound calls as well as internal calls). Unfortunately, without proprietary Cisco Call Accounting software, accessing this data can be a bit troublesome. I built an SSIS package to parse the meaningful data out of a Cisco Call Accounting CSV file and insert it into SQL Server where more detailed analysis and reporting could then be performed via SSRS or another tool.
